We use the most advanced UV-PC co-extrusion production equipment and technology and adopt German Bayer materials and American GE materials to produce PC plates with length of 20m-50m (rolled plate), width of 1220-2100MM and thickness of 1.0-16MM; and our annual production capacity is up to 7000 tons. Meanwhile, we have the most advanced raw material detection and control equipments, and various indexed of products are proved to meet standards after being tested by National Chemistry Building Materials Quality Surveillance Test Center. Our PC plates have advantages of good shock resistance, heat insulation, sound-proofing, good lighting, UV rays blocking and flame retarding. After test from National Center for Quality Supervision and Test of Fire-proof Building Materials according to GB8624-1997 Standard, products combustion performance reaches fire-retardant B1 level. PC plates are widely used in exterior and interior fitment and decoration of modern commercial buildings, greenhouses and ceilings, sound-proof protective screens of highway and urban viaduct, billboard advertisements, light box advertisements and exhibition layout and they are currently one of the most ideal engineering plastics.
